Ladies and Gentlemen! It is my great pleasure to announce the Second European Conference on Probiotics and their Applications – EUPROBIO 2008. In order for it to be as successful as EUPROBIO 2005, I would like to cordially invite you all, after these 3 years, to Cracow in order to present the latest scientific achievements in the field of probiotics, including updates related to the practical applications of probiotics, future studies on probiotics and their development and also to formulate precise legislation principles.
